Life after Caregiving is a monthly peer support group for those struggling with grief and loss. This is a safe space to share your story and process the emotions of your loss.

Important information: Hope Grows has become a ‘no shoe’ facility and if you do not want to take your shoes off, we have medical shoe covers for your convenience. We also ask that you use a hand sanitizing wipe or gel, also provided for your convenience.
