Life as a caregiver can be quite isolating with little time left for yourself let alone with friends. Do you feel like your loved one’s illness has changed who they are? Are you frustrated and alone on this journey? Need an outlet to vent? Join us for the Ugly Truth of Caregiving and Loss at our Morning Teas, as we talk and share about our journey’s. We typically use the month’s focus as a guide for conversation.
This group is for those that want to share their story in person and process their emotions in a safe space. Join us for the Ugly Truth of Caregiving as the Hope Grows facilitator guides us in conversation and empowers community support.
